Michael Nelligan,Principal A former owner of Don Ward Transport, a major regional trucking company and past chairman of the Colorado Motor Carriers Association Board, Michael is also a career CPA, and former president of the National Association of Accountants. Michael spent several years as the chairman of the Denver Republican Party and was president of the City Club of Denver. He is the former chairman/CEO of Ideal Basic Industries, CEO of Western Aggregate, and is a past board member for the United Bank of Denver. Michael has an MBA from the University of Denver and has three children and seven grandchildren.

Mark Hogan,Principal Mark has worn many a hat as both a corporate and political leader. He served four years as Lt. Governor of Colorado, as Majority Whip in the Colorado legislature and served as Colorado State Democratic Chairman. Mark is past Chairman of the Board for the National Bank of the Rockies, bank director for United Bank of Sky line and President-CEO of the Winter Park Ranch. He also served on the board of the Denver Chamber of Commerce, and is the past Metropolitan Chairman of the United Fund Drive. Mark is married and has six children and fifteen grandchildren.

Edward Thomas,Principal A Denver city councilman from 1994 to 2003, Ed also served on the Colorado Public Safety Committee, Denver’s Law Enforcement 2000 Panel and the Denver InternationalAirport Committee, where he oversaw the airport’s final phase ofconstruction and DIA’s 9/11 shut-down and evacuation. A state wide corporate safety and security consultant, Thomas has managed budget sand procedures for a variety of law enforcement agencies as well ascorporate security operations throughout the West. A one-time Denver Special Investigations Detective, Ed amassed 55 official commendations including the Medal of Honor, became a leader in the private security industry and directed security for World Youth Day, among other major events, where he coordinated security operations with the US Secret Service and the FBI to protect luminaries including the President of the United States and the Pope. Ed has been married 37 years and has two children and two grandchildren.
